VERSIONE ITALIANA

The Tea del Vidal restaurant starts from the famous specialties of the Valtellina cuisine, including delicious dishes of pizzoccheri, polenta and cheese-filled fritters called sciatt, and looks far beyond. The menu, in fact, offers a selection of delectables from the international table, such as cheese fondue Savoy and fondue Bourguignon, in addition to dishes borrowed from many other alpine valleys.

The sushi plate, however, is a real surprise with its minimalist composition - the last thing you’d expect to be served in a 300-year-old mountain chalet made of stone and wood.

This gastronomical trip halfway round the world is even more pleasant after a trip across Livigno on foot under the mountain stars or in a horse-drawn sleigh.
